1.The Challenge
Marti Glynn of Dorchester Massachusetts called up O’LYN Roofing to inspect his 30-year old roof. He was noticing a leak in the second-floor bedroom and believed there was only one layer of shingles on the roof.

2. The Meeting
Mike Pothier, of O’LYN Roofing, came on to inspect the roof. He found that the damage was more than expected. The roof had a rotted area of rake board on the front porch, there was rotted out wood gutters, shingles had nothing left to them, one wood gutter was short by a foot and a half and did not make it to the end of roof, and siding on the small dormer was an asphalt shingle. And to top it all off, there was no driveway to work with, only a small lot across the street. The house is located on a very narrow one-way street, which would be a challenge for the crew.
3. The Solution
The house got a full strip and re -shingle.
